• My Commission Information

By commissioning me, you are confirming that you have read and agree to the following terms.Payments must be made in the currency of GBP£ (Great British Pounds)The Client (you) may re-upload the completed artwork as long as proper credits are given to myself, in the case of non-commercial work.Unless Commercial Use is purchased for the commissioned artwork, the artwork cannot be used commercially.The finished piece cannot be claimed as your own work.If at any stage in the commission process you wish to cancel the project, you will not be refunded.There may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive. As a beginner artist, my art style and skill is constantly changing and improving. I will be sure to keep you updated via images throughout the process.The Terms of Service may be updated or modified at any time. The most recent version of the Terms of Service will be applicable to new commissions.

✙ Image Copyright ✙

In the case of non-commercial use commissions, I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. This includes, but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the work on websites, social media and portfolios. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.I reserve the right to sign and / or watermark my own work. I will send you full resolution images with and without the watermark once work is completed but my signature will remain. Removal of the signature is not allowed. You are only allowed to repost the watermarked version.In the case of myself drawing your original character, I retain the exclusive rights to the artwork however I will ask for the Client's consent before redistributing the work for profit. When posting the artwork to my social media, credit will be given to yourself as the owner of the character.In the case of an adoptable design, I will not reuse/resell the rights to the design once ownership is transferred to you, the Client.

All non-commercial commissioned artwork is for non-commercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages (without credit) is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, please ask before commissioning me.Any WIP's and sketches sent to the Client during the process remain as property of the Artist and cannot be distributed or used without explicit permission.The Client has my permission to repost the artwork to social medias, as long as proper credit is given to myself (a link back to any of my social media pages or my username, eg: "Credit goes to Shi-Gure") and my watermark remains intact and unaltered.

✙ Prohibited Actions ✙

✙ Altering my work in any way without asking for permission beforehand, with the exception of cropping / resizing the image for an icon or other use✙ Using my artwork as your own in the cases of tracing or re-purposing parts of the image✙ Claiming the artwork as your own✙ Using the artwork in block-chain related technology, cryptocurrency, AI / ML, NFT's, any for profit platforms and future inventions in the space✙ Uploading my artwork to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.✙ Uploading or sharing publicly the unwatermarked files (personal use only)If these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me, reported and legal action may be taken.

✙ Payment Information ✙

I accept payment in GBP (Great British Pounds) only.I will - after everything is processed and confirmed - send you an invoice.You will be given 48 hours to pay the first half of the payment after the first WIP (work in progress) is shown and approved. Non-payment within 48 hours will result in the commission being cancelled. If there is any sort of issue you have and cannot send the payment at this time, please contact me ASAP.Payments must be made via Paypal, Stripe, Wise or through Ko-Fi. Please contact me if you wish to use a different payment method.I will cover any fees coming from the above payment methods.It is the Client's responsibility to tell me when the payment has been sent. If you fail to tell me that you have sent the payment within 48 hours - and I know I absolutely have not received the payment - then the 48 hour payment term applies to you.Disclaimer: Please note that all of my sales are 'Digital artwork' and it is the Artwork's 'Intellectual Property' that is purchased by you, the Client. Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client to be physically shipped to them.In the case of payment plans, please discuss this with me beforehand.You are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason. Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel a project will result in an immediate blacklisting for you.If for any reason your account that you use for payment malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.✙ Late Fees ✙If the Client fails to make the payment within the specified timeframes, late fees may apply. The following late fee policy will be enforced:Late Payment: If the initial payment or subsequent instalments are not received within the agreed-upon timeframe, a late fee of 3% will be added to the outstanding balance for every month that the payment is overdue.Accumulated Late Fees: In case of cumulative late payments on an ongoing project, the late fee will be calculated based on the total outstanding balance, including any previous late fees.Suspension of Work: If the payment remains overdue beyond 3 months from the original due date and no arrangement or communication has been made regarding the payment, the artist reserves the right to suspend work on the project until payment is received.Please note that the intention of late fees is not to penalize clients but to ensure timely and fair compensation for the artist's work and to maintain a mutually respectful business relationship.

✙ Refund Policy ✙

No refunds will be given at any stage in the process.If you wish to cancel a commission after the first 50% payment, depending on the amount of work I have done and the amount of time passed you may be given a Kill Fee.The artist, myself, reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason.If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any stage, a full refund will be given.

✙ Contact & Communication ✙

Once you have sent your commission inquiry to me, please allow up to 3-5 days to respond. This could be longer during the holidays. I will make sure to mention if I am on break for holidays on my commissions page.Clients must provide at least one clear and concise visual or descriptive reference, as well as any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the image.Please include as many visual or descriptive references as possible of the character(s) and tell me about your vision of this piece or project. The more references and information, the better! I will provide my own artistic freedom to create the image, but I will be happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind.References can be presented any way.If there was no 'Rush Order' fee, I will work on commissions randomly and whichever one I am most comfortable with. If you see me working on another illustration or posting one that isn't yours, please don't be alarmed or think that I am ignoring your commission!I am not required to post your project in any public space and, if posted, I am not required to keep it there indefinitely. I have the right to delete or remove any public project, even if you paid for it, as you should have your own copy for your own use.

Below is a general guideline for what I will and will not draw. Please keep my art style and skill in mind when ordering and browse my gallery. ✙ Workflow Process ✙

Works in Progress (WIPs) will be shared throughout the process of the commission or project. Depending on the size of the project, the amount of WIPs shared will vary. I will always send at least one WIP.Once I have sent the first WIP of the commission, I will not proceed working on it until any revisions are made or approval is given. Any major changes must be made at this stage. Once I have completed any revisions, a new WIP will be shared. This process will repeat until the Client is fully satisfied.After the final WIP has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the Client requests additional small edits after the approved WIP, I will be happy to make these changes free of charge. If the Client requests major edits after the approval sketch, a fee for the edits may be discussed depending on the complexity.If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.I will continually share updates on my progress and encourage you, the Client to ask me for updates as well.If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the Client.The time taken to complete commissions varies greatly between each individual project. I can give you a rough estimate of how long it will take if you ask.Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only if sent via Google Drive. I take measures to preserve most files for a few months but cannot guarantee deletion or loss. Please make sure you download the files as soon as you receive them.The final file(s) will be delivered in what format the Client wants. It will be by default: (2) PSD files (one watermarked, one not), and (2) PNG or JPEG files (one watermarked, one not).✙If you do not wish for me to post your commission / project online, to not stream or record it, you must tell me this when you order. You will have to pay a fee for an NDA or confidential commission status, which will be dependant on the amount of work. Please contact me about this beforehand.
